Job summary

Fiduciary Real Estate Development seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Seasons at Spring Street in Mount Pleasant, WI. You will oversee maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams and support the Property Manager in maintaining property standards.

Responsibilities include delegating tasks, coordinating with vendors, troubleshooting service requests, preparing vacant units, and participating in budget planning. EPA certification is required; CPO is preferred.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, appliances, HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, carpentry and exteriors.
• Experience with budgeting and vendor coordination.
• Ability to mentor staff and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, grounds and cleaning teams and support the Property Manager.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate with vendors, warranties and construction teams.
• Troubleshoot service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy with necessary repairs.
• Communicate unresolved issues to the Property Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergency rotations and budget planning.
