The role involves preparing market-ready apartments, addressing service requests promptly, and participating in budgeting and vendor bids.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing plumbing, appliances, HVAC, electrical issues, pool maintenance, carpentry, and building exteriors.
• Commitment to surpassing customer expectations and fostering resident relationships.
• Experience delegating and mentoring staff, with input into budgets.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of SDS database and OSHA/Safety regulations.
• Familiarity with fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Property Manager by delegating tasks to the maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams to maintain property standards.
• Address service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by repairs.
• Communicate unresolved issues to Property Manager for resolution.
• Perform on-call emergency services within a rotation.
• Assist with budgeting input by partnering with vendors and managing inventory.
