Job summary

Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams at Seasons at Plainfield. You will troubleshoot a wide range of issues and prepare vacant apartments for market readiness.

You will report to the Property Manager, coordinate with vendors, and participate in budgeting while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction. A reliable vehicle and active SDS familiarity are expected.

Qualifications

• Substantial knowledge and hands-on experience in repairing plumbing, appliances, HVAC systems, electrical issues, pool maintenance, carpentry, and building exteriors.
• Commitment to surpassing customer expectations and ability to foster strong relationships to contribute to resident retention.
• Experience delegating and mentoring staff, along with input into departmental budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Property Manager by delegating tasks to maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams to meet property standards.
• Troubleshoot a diverse range of residential service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by executing repairs to return units to market-ready condition.
• Communicate unresolved issues to the Property Manager for resolution.
• Perform on-call emergency services within a rotation to provide timely repairs for residents.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on annual budgets, vendor bids for capital projects, and inventory management.
