Job summary

Seasons at Spring Street Apartments in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking an Entry level Maintenance & Grounds Technician. Salary ranges $42,600.00 - $44,700.00 base+commission per year, with day shifts and an on-site schedule.

Responsibilities include addressing resident maintenance requests, preparing vacants for occupancy, seasonal grounds work, and on-call emergency repairs. Training and safety compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service to residents and teammates.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment.
• Maintenance or related field experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally 100 pounds.
• Willing to attend training and obtain certifications as needed.
• Comply with OSHA/Safety regulations and fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and address a range of residential service requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant apartments by performing repairs to market-ready condition.
• Communicate unresolved issues to the Property Manager for resolution.
• Perform seasonal grounds work and maintain common areas.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and on-call emergency services.
• Support snow events during winter months.
