Qualifications

• Residential maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and promptly address a diverse range of residential service requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by performing repairs to market-ready condition.
• Escalate unresolved maintenance issues to the Property Manager for resolution.
