Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor for Seasons at River View in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will lead maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams, tackle repairs across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and more, and ensure market-ready units for occupancy.

You will collaborate with the Property Manager, participate in budget input, and handle on-call emergency repairs while maintaining high customer service standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repairs across plumbing, appliances, HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, carpentry, and building exteriors.
• Experience delegating and mentoring staff; input into departmental budgets.
• Commitment to safety, fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and SDS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Property Manager by delegating tasks to maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams to uphold property standards.
• Troubleshoot and promptly address diverse residential service requests.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by performing repairs to return units to market-ready condition.
• Communicate unresolved issues to the Property Manager for resolution; participate in on-call emergency repairs on a rotation.
• Assist in annual budgeting by coordinating with vendors, obtaining bids for capital projects, and managing inventory.
