Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily communities in Overland Park, Kansas. You will prepare market-ready apartments, respond to service requests, and help deliver superior resident service while managing routine maintenance tasks.

The role requires EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, 3+ years of related experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED, trade/technical).
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience; EPA 608 Type II, or CPO, or local city certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments, including painting and repairs, to deliver a quality product.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains knowledge of maintenance tasks: plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and safety.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks; reports issues affecting safety or budget.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance; adheres to housing laws and policies.
