Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a vibrant apartment community in Orlando. The role includes overseeing unit turns, training staff, managing work orders and vendors, and supporting property operations.

You will report to the Property Manager, supervise daily maintenance tasks, and help optimize budgets and safety standards while maintaining curb appeal and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision.
• EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus).
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties.
• Valid IDs and successful background check required.

• Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs
• Report directly to the Property Manager

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision

• Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed
• Valid IDs and successful background check required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
