Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our Arlington, TX community. You will supervise make-ready, unit turns, manage work orders and vendors, and support property operations.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating vendors, tracking budgets, ensuring safety and curb appeal, and reporting to the Property Manager. EPA/HVAC certification is required; CPO/CAMT a plus; Yardi/OneSite experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision.
• EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus).
• Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking.
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed.
• Valid IDs and successful background check required.
