Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on Apartment Service Manager to lead the maintenance team at a Georgia apartment community. You will oversee unit turns, train staff, manage work orders and vendors, and support property operations under the Property Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervision experience, EPA and HVAC certifications, proficiency with Yardi or OneSite, and the ability to perform physical maintenance tasks. A background check must be cleared.

Qualifications

• 1 year of apartment maintenance supervision experience.
• EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus).
• Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking.
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
