Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a premier apartment community in Longview, Texas. The role involves overseeing unit turns, training staff, managing work orders and vendors, and supporting property operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of supervision experience, EPA and HVAC certs, proficiency with Yardi/OneSite, and the ability to perform physical maintenance tasks while ensuring safety, curb appeal, and

• 1-2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision.
• EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus).
• Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking.
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed.
• Valid IDs and successful background check required.
