Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a busy apartment community. You will oversee unit turns, train staff, manage work orders and vendors, and support property operations.

The role requires 1–2+ years of supervision, EPA and HVAC certification, and proficiency with Yardi or OneSite. You should be able to perform physical maintenance tasks and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of apartment maintenance supervision is required.
• EPA and HVAC certification are required (CPO or CAMT is a plus).
• Proficiency with Yardi/OneSite and strong leadership/multitasking skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision
• EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus)
• Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed
• Valid IDs and successful background check required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
