Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at an apartment community in Carrollton, TX. You will oversee unit turns, train staff, manage work orders and vendors, and support property operations.

The role requires EPA/HVAC certifications and experience with Yardi/OneSite. You will report to the Property Manager and contribute to safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision.
• EPA and HVAC certification required; CPO/CAMT is a plus.
• Proficient with Yardi/OneSite and vendor management.
• Able to perform physical maintenance tasks as needed.

• Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs
• Report directly to the Property Manager

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision
• EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus)
• Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed
• Valid IDs and successful background check required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
