Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking an on-site Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our apartment community in Bradenton, FL. The role focuses on supervising unit turns, training staff, handling work orders, and coordinating with vendors.

You will report to the Property Manager and ensure safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs while managing the maintenance budget. A hands-on approach and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of apartment maintenance supervision experience.
• EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT a plus).
• Proficient in Yardi/OneSite and managing work orders.
• Ability to pass a background check and perform physical tasks.

• Coordinate vendors and track maintenance budgets
• Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs
• Report directly to the Property Manager

Qualifications

• 1-4+ years in apartment maintenance supervision

• Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
