Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC seeks an on-site Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee unit turns, and ensure safety and curb appeal at the community.

You will train staff, manage work orders with Yardi/OneSite, coordinate vendors, and report to the Property Manager, with a path toward temp-to-hire based on performance.

Formación

• 1–2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision.
• EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus).
• Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking.
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed.
• Valid IDs and successful background check required.
