Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at an apartment community. You will train staff, oversee unit turns, manage work orders and P.O.s, and coordinate vendors to support property operations.

The role requires 1–2+ years in supervision, EPA/HVAC certification, and proficiency with Yardi or OneSite. You will report to the Property Manager and help ensure safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision.
• EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus).
• Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking.

• Valid IDs and successful background check required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
