Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on Apartment Service Manager to lead the maintenance team at an apartment community. You will supervise staff, oversee make-ready boards and unit turns, and coordinate work orders and P.O.s using Yardi/OneSite.

You will coordinate vendors, monitor maintenance budgets, ensure safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs, and report directly to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• 1 year of apartment maintenance supervision experience required.
• EPA and HVAC certification required; CPO or CAMT a plus.

Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for a hands‑on Apartment Service Manager to lead the maintenance team at a apartment community. This role includes overseeing unit turns, training staff, managing work orders and vendors, and supporting property operations.

• Coordinate vendors and track maintenance budgets
• Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs
• Report directly to the Property Manager

Qualifications

• 1 year of apartment maintenance supervision experience

• Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
