Monarch Co in Evansville, IN is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at Pavilion Lakes Apartments. The role is full-time, on-site, with a day schedule and on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in apartment maintenance and prior leadership, HVAC experience, and a valid driver's license. You will supervise maintenance tasks, coordinate turns, and ensure quality service for residents.

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance or general construction or equivalent.
• Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Hands-on HVAC experience (2+ years) and certification strongly preferred

• Assist with work orders and preventive maintenance coordination

• $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance or general construction or equivalent
• Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• This role has administrative aspects but is largely a hands on role helping with work orders and apartment turns as needed.
• Hands on HVAC Experience (2+ years and certification strongly preferred)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 2 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Valid driver’s license required.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
