Job summary

Monarch is seeking a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician II for South Bend, IN. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with on-call one week every five weeks. Competitive pay and robust benefits accompany the position at Indian Springs Apartments.

Today we are looking for a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Indian Springs Apartments in South Bend, Indiana.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 5 weeks

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• HVAC experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to help with on call and with snow removal

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, a drug screening and Valid Drivers license required.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
