Job summary

Monarch Investment And Management Group, at Woodman Park Apartments in Dayton, OH, is seeking an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site team and address maintenance across living spaces and common areas.

You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall and appliance repairs, focusing on quality, safety and timely completion of work orders while preparing vacant units for new residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA certification required.
• HVAC maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Fix maintenance issues in apartments and common areas.
• Handle HVAC repairs and troubleshooting.
• Complete work orders quickly and safely.
• Get apartments ready for new residents.
• Perform painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Inspect the property and keep it looking great.
• Order supplies and schedule contractors.
• Help manage the maintenance team.
• Share emergency on-call duties.

Now Hiring: Full-time Experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Dayton, OH | Woodman Park Apartments

Pay: $31-33 per hour
Bonus: Earn up to $4,000+ extra per year in bonuses
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
On-Call: One week every 4 weeks (extra $100 when on call)

What We Would Like to See

• Valid Driver's License
• EPA Certification

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• At least 2 years of HVAC maintenance experience, EPA certified
• Experience supervising employees
• Knowledge of:
