Job summary

Monarch Investment And Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the St. Louis metro area. You will lead the maintenance team, handle service requests, oversee apartment turns, and ensure property operations run smoothly.

The role emphasizes HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing/electrical repairs, and hands-on maintenance across units. On-call rotation and multiple benefit programs are included with the position.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall and carpentry repairs.
• EPA and/or CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team.
• Complete service requests and work orders.
• Oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs.

Maintenance Supervisor St. Louis Metro Area

This is a working supervisor position. You'll lead the team, tackle service requests, oversee apartment turns, and help keep the property running smoothly.

Pay and Perks:

• $30-$35/hr DOE

• Quarterly maintenance bonus opportunities up to $4,000 per year
• Annual raises based on performance
• On-call stipend paid even if you're not called out ($100 per week)

• PTO starts accruing immediately: 80 hours in year one, 120 hours after 2-4 years, 160 hours after 5 years

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support the maintenance team
• Complete service requests and work orders
• Oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns

• Assist with painting and general property upkeep
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs
• Work with the Property Manager on maintenance planning and budgeting
• Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week every four weeks)
