Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on Apartment Service Manager to lead the maintenance team at our apartment community in Atlanta. You will supervise unit turns, train staff, manage work orders, and coordinate vendors to keep the property running smoothly.

This role reports to the Property Manager and requires EPA/HVAC certification, Yardi/OneSite experience, and the ability to perform physical maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of apartment maintenance supervision experience.
• EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus).
• Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking.
