• Prepare market-ready units including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed.

• Snow removal.
• Assist custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other buildings.
• Help achieve occupancy goals by completing tasks reliably.
