Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Current Vehicle Insurance.
• One year maintenance experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs plus.
• Comfortable in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests for repairs and improvements.
• Prepare vacant units for market ready conditions.
• Maintain exterior and clean grounds.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Snow removal and other assigned tasks.
