Job summary

Brady Sullivan Properties in Warren, RI is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep the physical aspects of our apartment communities up to standards. You will diagnose problems in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance areas, and assist with construction and build-out projects as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of similar experience, reliable transportation, and owns their own tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have own tools.
• Criminal background check will be performed.
• Hardworking and able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handles service requests for repairs and improvements.
• Prepares vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Performs non-technical maintenance tasks such as cleaning, caulking, painting.
• Maintains exterior areas, driveways, parking lots, and common areas.
• On-call maintenance rotation and snow removal.
• Completes other tasks as assigned.
