Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Johnston, RI. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of apartment maintenance and hands-on problem solving. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with bi-lingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds.
• Prepare apartments for occupancy (punching and painting).
• Complete service request tickets.
• Assist with on-call maintenance emergencies.
• Support special assigned property projects.
• Snow removal during winter periods.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment community located in Johnston, RI. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds
• Making ready apartments (punching andpainting)
• Completing service requesttickets
• On-call maintenance emergencies
• Special assigned property projects
• Snow removal
• Providing exceptional customer services to residents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma/equivalent
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred
