Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep throughout the property.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, entrances, stairways, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
Assist with preventative maintenance of building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, salting, leaf removal, and weather-related property needs.
Respond to maintenance requests and address issues promptly and professionally.
