Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group in Warwick, RI is seeking a Custodial/Cleaner to support apartment communities with cleaning, maintenance and grounds upkeep. You will help prepare market-ready units, clean common areas, and assist the maintenance team to ensure a well-maintained, safe, and welcoming community.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

Reliable vehicle required.
Criminal background check and drug test required.
Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready.
Assist in repair of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems as needed in a timely manner.
Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Demonstrate effective communication with residents, co-workers, and management.
Contribute to a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a community.
Assist maintenance team with snow removal.
Meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other buildings.
Contribute to occupancy goals by cleaning vacant apartments and common areas daily.
