Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Warwick, RI. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required and the role reports to the on-site team.

You will perform tasks across mechanical, carpentry, plumbing and electrical areas and collaborate with residents and staff to keep the community well maintained. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to operate a vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready units with basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers and management.
• Work as part of a team to maintain the community and deliver service excellence.
• Perform snow removal when required.
• Assist custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse and parking areas.
• Contribute to occupancy goals by completing tasks with accuracy and pride.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment community located in Warwick, RI. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical as needed, in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents, coworkers, and management.
• Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Snow removal.
• Responsible for assisting custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings as needed.
• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.

QUALIFICATIONS:
