The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of apartment maintenance and hands-on problem solving. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with bi-lingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds.
• Prepare apartments for occupancy (punching and painting).
• Complete service request tickets.
• Assist with on-call maintenance emergencies.
• Support special assigned property projects.
• Snow removal during winter periods.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents.
