Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Cranston, RI. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required, with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment community located in Cranston, RI. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical as needed, in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents, coworkers, and management.
• Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Snow removal.
• Responsible for assisting custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings as needed.
• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.
