Greystar is hiring a Service Technician to maintain physical aspects of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality. Role involves completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and handling the make-ready process for vacant units.

Requirements include EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal), a valid driver’s license, and state/local licenses as needed. The job includes on-site responsibilities with potential call shifts and a competitive benefits

Formación

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications
• Valid driver’s license to operate on-property vehicles or golf carts
• State/local certifications as required by jurisdictions

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs according to safety standards and policies
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists
• Manages materials and inventory, tracks usage, and notifies supervisor when re-orders are needed
• Documents service requests accurately and timely for tracking
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities per property standards
• Supports cost control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible
