PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service a designated apartment community, ensuring timely repairs, safety, and high resident satisfaction.

You will assist with preventive maintenance, inventory, and curb appeal, while coordinating with supervisors and residents. The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year maintenance experience, and on-call flexibility, with EPA certifications preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property.
• Be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and all other systems.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory of equipment, tools, parts, and supplies at appropriate levels.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Comply with all personnel management policies and procedures and maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule.
• Communicate effectively with residents, fellow employees, vendors and supervisors.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment based on manufacturer recommendations and operating manuals.
