Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate, Atlanta-based, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of tasks across an apartment community. The role emphasizes resident service, safety, and preventive maintenance to preserve property value.

The incumbent will support the Maintenance Supervisor, manage basic repairs, and assist with move-in/move-out processes while adhering to schedules and safety policies. Interdepartmental cooperation is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• EPA certification Type I and II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance apartment community value.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory of equipment, tools, parts and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Address complaints and resolve issues promptly.
