Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician for a temporary up to 90 days at our Florida community. The role involves diagnosing and repairing resident service requests, managing the make-ready process, and ensuring property grounds and units meet Greystar standards.

On-site, Monday–Friday with rotating on-call duties. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, EPA certifications if HVAC work is involved, and own hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal certifications may be required for HVAC work.
• Incumbents must provide own hand tools and be skilled in safe tool use.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from residents, diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant homes: inspections, punch list, vendors, and supplies.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspect work by service team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate with Community Manager on supplies and budget.
