Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Mulberry at Park in Baltimore, MD. The role covers routine and emergency maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to ensure a safe and attractive living environment.

You will assist with turnovers, landscaping, and resident service responsiveness. The position requires at least one year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Qualifications

• Minimum one year as maintenance technician or relevant experience.
• EPA 608 Technician Certification - Type II or Universal or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and general maintenance tasks.
• Strong safety awareness and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across the property.
• Repair, renovate, paint, and clean vacant apartments and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and trash/area cleanliness.
• Maintain landscaping and assist with snow removal as needed.
• Provide guidance to Maintenance Apprentices & Porters.
