Job summary

Odin Management LLC, a Real Estate Development and Property Management company, seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) to manage resident work orders and turnovers on our multifamily community. The ideal candidate has EPA Type 2, HVAC/plumbing/electrical/carpentry experience, and 2+ years in maintenance.

Responsibilities include on-call rotations, reporting to the Property Manager daily, and coordinating parts purchases while keeping the shop organized and professional at all

Qualifications

• Minimum Type 2 EPA certification required.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Participate in on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on parts/material purchases.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.


• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.


• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.


• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.


• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum Type 2 EPA certification required.


• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.


• Ability to support and contribute to the team.


• Positive attitude.


• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
