Job summary

Odin Management LLC is seeking a talented Apartment Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community. The role focuses on organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers with strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.

The ideal candidate has prior apartment maintenance experience, a professional appearance, and a reliable on-call mindset to handle emergencies and collaborate with the Property Manager for parts and materials purchasing.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a previous maintenance field.
• EPA Type 2 certification is a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience.
• Ability to contribute to a team and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Essential Skills/Abilities:

• Type 2 EPA certification a plus.

• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
