Odin Properties LLC. in Tampa, FL is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to manage resident work orders and turnovers for our multifamily communities.

The role requires HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills with at least two years of maintenance experience, and on-call availability. Coordination with the Property Manager on parts is essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills required.
• Type 2 EPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum two years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Able to work on-call rotations and team-oriented.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report daily.
• Keep the maintenance area clean and organized.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on parts and materials as needed.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities:

• Type 2 EPA certification a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
