Job summary

Odin Management LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) for our multifamily community. The role focuses on organizing and completing resident work orders and turnovers while delivering reliable on-site maintenance support.

The ideal candidate has EPA Type 2 certification and skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Two years of relevant experience and a strong team attitude are required to thrive in our on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Type 2 EPA certification required.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Attendence is an imperative job function.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
