Odin Properties LLC. in Missouri is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) to manage resident work orders and turnovers at our multifamily community.

The ideal candidate will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks with a hands-on approach. Responsibilities include completing work orders efficiently, tracking outstanding tasks for the Property Manager, keeping the maintenance area tidy, participating in on-call rotations, and coordinating parts

Qualifications

• Minimum Type 2 EPA certification required.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements
