Job summary

Odin Properties LLC. is seeking a talented Apartment Maintenance Technician to handle resident work orders and turnovers across a multifamily community.

The role requires HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills, with Type 2 HVAC certification preferred, and a valid driver's license. The technician will work with the Property Manager, manage parts purchases, and participate in on-call rotations for emergencies, while keeping the maintenance area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum Type 2 HVAC certification preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years' experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a neat and clean maintenance area.
• Work on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/materials.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Cert Preferred) for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum Type 2 HVAC certification preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years' experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
