Odin Management LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for its multifamily property in Philadelphia. The role focuses on organizing and completing resident work orders and turnovers, with a strong emphasis on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.

The ideal candidate has prior apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, a neat and professional appearance, and is able to work on-call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Type 2 HVAC certification preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two years' experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Cert Preferred) for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
