Job summary

Odin Properties LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community. The role focuses on organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers with skilled capabilities in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience and a positive, team-forward attitude. Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, keeping areas clean, and coordinating parts/materials with the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in a maintenance field (residential preferred).
• Type 2 EPA certification is a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience required or preferred.
• Must be neat, clean, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers in a timely, organized manner.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat, clean, and organized.
• Participate in on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/materials as needed.

The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
