Odin Properties LLC. is seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community.

The role focuses on organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers, with a hands-on mix of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills. Ideal candidates have 2 years of relevant maintenance experience, EPA Type 2 certification a plus, and a reliable, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Type 2 EPA certification a plus.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.

Essential Skills/Abilities:

• Type 2 EPA certification a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
