CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Seattle, WA to blend customer service, sales, and marketing to lease our apartment homes. You will strive to meet leasing goals and build rapport with potential residents and team members.

The role requires on-site property knowledge, strong sales and service experience, and flexibility to work weekends or emergencies as needed, with potential travel within the metro area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in on-site property management and customer service.
• Knowledge of Yardi software preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Willingness to work weekends and emergencies as required.

Responsibilities

• Lease the community.
• Market the community.
• Maintain positive resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain general office organization.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Travel within metropolitan areas and attend company functions as needed.
