Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Sales and/or customer service training preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and close deals with prospective residents.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email.
• Manage tour flow and ensure model apartments are show-ready.
• Prepare and process applications and move-in paperwork within SOP timelines.
• Record traffic in CRM daily and follow up at least four times per guest.
• Assist with marketing events and outreach materials.
