Job summary

Asset Living in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease, and you will maintain leasing paperwork and data.

Regular onsite attendance is required. You will use on-site software, follow fair housing laws, and support marketing plans while responding to leads within 24 hours to meet leasing goals and deliver excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and leasing.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and market conditions.
