Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a residential community in Virginia. You will drive occupancy and revenue by greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement short- and long-term plans, and leverage online tools and referrals to boost occupancy. Strong communication and organization are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and signing leases.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and coordinates any required maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develops and executes short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
• Uses on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintains show units to company standards, coordinates with maintenance, and prepares leasing office for daily activity.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease renewals.
• Supports lease renewal communications and ensures timely signing of renewal documents.
