You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit/background, prepare move-in packages, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness while applying market insights and loyalty programs to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to conduct community tours, screen applicants, and process leasing paperwork.
• Strong customer service mindset with resident satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify leads; conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit checks, and move-in paperwork; coordinate with maintenance.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Develop and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (online and offline).
• Maintain accurate data in on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Inspect show units and ensure move-in readiness and compliance with standards.
